Although we are UK based, using Paypal there are no problems making payments. Paypal does all the conversion.

Adverts cost $15 per item but the charge does cover advertising for a full year. Up to two images (we put in as thumbnails with link to your larger images) may be included at an additional cost of $5. The normal cost is therefore $20. Inclusion of additional images above the first two are $1.50 each. We accept payments by Paypal so you can pay by debit or credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account.

Send details by email (include images as attachments if possible but we can open most files except Publisher - max 10mb per email). We will send you a link to pay by Paypal email

If the item is not sold then for the year you may refresh it every three months and it will be moved back to the top.

Adverts will remain posted on this current page for about 6 months or more before, being transferred to an archive page. We suggest you indicate the area in which the house can be viewed/collected.

If you want replies by email please include your email address in your entry. Adverts can include your email address without it being a hyperlink. Just ask. This will mean that responders will have to type your address in to their emails but it does mean less chance of being subjected to spam as automated robot searchers may not automatically pick up your email address from the advert (what a world we live in now!)

Junk Mail
People are sometimes concerned at putting their email addresses on the web. If you don't want to do so then just set up a email address just for the advert at one of the many providers. Once the item sells then just cancel/forget about the address.

Important: When emailing us please put in a suitable description such as "dollhouse for sale" or similar, in the "subject" box. This is because of the amount of spam received. Emails without subject descriptions are often deleted without opening.

We also suggest you request a "read receipt" to make sure we have received your email.

Adverts are normally included on the page the evening of or next evening following payment. Adverts accepted subject to terms and conditions

Advertisers beware

We've had a number of emails from people regarding scam emails received.

Typically a "buyer" says he wants to buy your dolls house and will arrange shipping but later he then gives some reason why you should accept a cheque in a larger amount from an associate and send on the balance to him by electronic transfer.

If anyone asks you to send them money for any reason at all, we suggest you just use the delete button.

Private sales/wanted adverts are for the convenience of visitors but persons wishing to make purchases from, or sales to advertisers must satisfy themselves as to the bona fide of the advertiser.

25 February, 2012	Beautiful Vacation Home Doll House This carefully handcrafted doll house is a replica of a ‘vacation home’ along side of a lake or in the mountains. Fantastically large master bedroom and bath with maple strip hardwood flooring – laid in piece by piece. The house consists of 5 rooms with double garage and is 31” wide by 38” deep and a height of 25”. The handcrafted curved railing surrounds the top of the staircase, and a separate railing separates the private bath area. There is a direct entry to the outdoor deck through the spacious French doors. The two opening double garage has working garage doors which slide up and down like a real garage door. One side is ready to house the ‘sports car and contains an AO Smith miniature water heater. The other side is a workshop and storage area with cabinets and bench. The laundry area comes with a washer, dryer and complete lavatory. The walk ways, patio and garage workshop are tiled with red quarry tile. The 56 lite window is the focus in a large stone exterior wall. The stones for the wall were hand selected from Lake Michigan . The family room with two sets of French doors can be decorated a number of ways and for a number of uses. The house is not electrified. The plan was to use small miniature battery powered lights for illumination, avoiding any fire risk, and the elimination of any cords or transformers. This type of lighting is readily available.
